procedure text is the text that aims to explain how to make or do things based on a series of steps or activities
Procedure text structure that is:
1. aim or goal = can be either the title
2. materials = materials and necessary tools. but not all texts Procedure requires this stage
3. steps = steps to perform activities
linguistic characteristics
1. use the simple present tense, usually in the form sentences interative
2. using temporal conjunctions such as first, second, then, next, finaly etc
3. use action verbs such as turn on, stir, cook, put, don't etc
4. use of adverbials to express details of time, place, an accurate way, for example, for five minutes and two centimetres from the top.
